Blueberry Banana Protein Pancakes (mini)

-1 ripe banana

-1 egg

-1/8 tsp baking powder


-frozen blueberries

-vanilla protein powder

Mash banana and egg into a bowl until liquid-y.

Add in as much cinnamon as you please, some vanilla protein powder as well along with the baking powder. Mix thoroughly.

Turn on stovetop to medium heat and pour ¼ cup of batter onto no-stick griddle (or skillet).

Drop in 2-3 frozen blueberries almost immediately after batter was poured and flip when bubbling starts to occur.

This batter should make about 6 mini pancakes. Enjoy!
