No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites (24)

-1 cup traditional rolled oats

-1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (or whatever nut butter you fancy if allergies come into play)

-1/3 cup flax seeds

-1/3 cup vegan dark chocolate chips (between 85-100% cocoa bean)

-2-3 Tbsp honey

-1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Mix in all ingredients into a bowl until they look like theyโ€™re all absorbed together.

Mold into small balls with hands, use water if needed to secure shape.

This should make about 24-27 balls depending on how big or small you shape them.

Place on baking sheet into the freezer for 1 hour. Store in the fridge afterwards. Enjoy!
