-4 cans of chickpeas, rinsed and dried (shells peeled off optional)
-any spices you fancy
Preheat oven to 425 (218 Celcius), pour all the chickpeas into a big bowl, pour the olive oil in, mix together, then add in any spices you please, mix gently together.
Place on baking sheet (use 2 if needed) and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Take out, use a spatula or spoon to mix around the chickpeas (they are halfway finished at this point) to make sure all the sides of the chickpea is roasted.
Put back into the oven for another 25-30 minutes. Pay extra attention the last 10 minutes to make sure you don’t burn them.
Put back in for another 5-8 minutes if not roasted all the way (taste test! They should be crunchy and not soft to chew). Enjoy!
